How to Make a Flower Press

The Book Method

The simplest DIY flower press you can make is by pulling a book from the shelf, placing flowers inside, and adding weight on top. Bonus points if you put the flowers in parchment paper first. Some will opt to speed up the book method by ironing flowers inside of parchment paper first.

Wood Flower Press Designs

To build a DIY wooden flower press, you’ll need to cut two equal sized boards the size of the press you want. Then, you’ll need nuts and bolts to tighten the press and a drill to create holes for said bolts. Threaded wire and wingnuts would also work.
